Torture is an agonizing, brutal, devastating way of obtaining information. This sickening tactic doesn’t cause harm to the person that’s doing torture, but to the victim. This method has the effect of injuring the victim physically, mentally, emotionally, and he might even die to this method, but like I said before it’s a scare tactic of obtaining information. With this tactic your left with a choice, either your torture to death, or you give the suspect the information the want. There are many types of ways torture people mentally by harassing them, physically by beat to the point of death, emotionally by verbal abuse etc… but there’s one more type of torture sexually there’s act of rape, molesting, and putting object inside the victims genitals or vagina, until the victim bleed.
These act of violence or interrogation tactics are to extreme and violent to be an interrogation technique, so the delegation of Russia advises all of the human rights council to try and prevent this crime from continuing.
The delegate of Russia suggest that the country that has torture as an acivity of extraction of information, ban torture from the country and other countries that practice it, due to the fact that torture is a violation of the universal declaration of human rights, and also the victim that torture is used on will no longer fill the effects of such of demonic acted. Thank you and that is all. I yield my time to questioning.
